Located on a certified wildlife habitat site, the comfy suite is privately part of the back of the home. Conveniently located to the airport, beaches, breakfast/coffee shops, restaurants, historic downtown, malls, and boat launches, the Gardener's Suite includes everything you need for a beautiful memorable stay! The space Outdoor living makes this 320 sq ft of living space seem mighty! This is a studio rental in the back of the home, cozy for a couple or a single traveler. Throw open the windows and doors and enjoy the bay breezes through the trees. Step out your private back door to lawn chairs for sunning, enjoy the picnic table at evening under the sparkling lights draped through the trees or sit on the shaded swing, listen to the birds, meditate or read a book. The quaintly designed quarters include a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop including pots and pans. Also available, is a propane gas grill and 32" television. The television streams through Roku for various subscriptions. Roku and Prime Video channels are available, as well as Netflix with your password. There are no local news channels. A dedicated Mini-split unit provides heat and a/c with your own remote control. The bed is a queen size... must enjoy cuddling. The bathroom boasts a beautiful barn door for privacy, custom floor to ceiling tiles in the shower, spacious shelving and granite counter tops. All towels, soaps and shampoos as well as hair dryer, iron and other amenities are provided.
