It includes a lovely remodeled bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a second back bedroom owner-occupied unit with it's own entrance. No interaction with your separated private 1 bedroom rental. But know that the backyard, garage / laundry are all OFF LIMITS. And often occupied by owner and dog. Otherwise please simply respect belongings and make yourselves right at home! The owner is often off site on travel but available for questions. Please send a message to discuss A weekly housekeeper and landscaper comes (typically fridays am); and I will communicate in advance if /when I need to access the unit to pick up personal items or check on things. Please know the room has a full size bed. Great for one and cozy (small) for two. There is a loveseat in the living room that pulls out into a very comfortable Posturepedic twin bed . There is no TV for use on site; and there is no cable. However there IS Internet and it is reliable! If you are allergic to pets this isn't the place for you. It has had cats/dogs in the recent past...And you may hear the dog who occasionally resides in the back unit/yard. Other things to note Check out the house rules/manual for a few other tips.
