One Bedroom Suite in Uptown Village Home

Warm & comfortable 1 bedroom suite that sleeps up to 4 and has 2 TVs, wifi, a kitchenette, private bath & separate entrance. It is located near downtown Vancouver in Uptown Village -- suitable for couples, families, friends and solo travelers (portable crib). Also has a beautiful backyard for sunny days. It is close to resturants, brew pubs, and antique stores along with recreational opportunities and historical sites close by. Easy drive to Portland & the Portland airport. The space This is a comfortable self-contained area with one bedroom, private bath and kitchenette (not a full kitchen). The living area is comfortable enough for everyone in your group and has games and books for you to enjoy while you are here. You will be parking in the carport with access through the gate to a private entrance. My laundry is across from the stairs so that path is a shared area. There are privacy curtains in the hallway just past the laundry room door. Guest access You will have access to the basement suite, but the upstairs portion of the home is where we live. As stated before, you are welcome to use the shared backyard including the barbeque and the fire pit (when allowed by the city). Other things to note This is a basement unit so you will hear some light bing noises from upstairs from time to time. We try to be as quiet as possible.
