The space Master down stairs has King bed. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry. Screened porch off the master. Upstairs is a bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom. There is also a Loft with two twin beds and double bed futon. Outside is a large covered porch and then an open deck with outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen area, and outdoor shower. (Outdoor shower closed during winter). There is also an open yard space with and room to play games like corn hole and horseshoes. There are staircases to the river.
