Rob and Nicola wish to invite you to the well-known El Gato Negro is a holiday home for couples and single travellers. A perfect base for getting to know Las Alpujarras and walking the mountain trails. Completely restored, with thick chestnut beams and other features, the cottage has lots of character and is ideally located close to the main square. Café-bars and restaurants with terraces, bakeries, supermarkets, banks and parking close by, yet the street is traffic-free. The house itself has a magical charm that is beyond words. El Gato Negro is situated in the heart of the village, in a courtyard with a shady ash tree with seating beneath. Lunch can be taken outside with ease. On entry to the house is the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. On the right is the reading room with a stylish comfortable sofa and two chairs. Further on is the cosy lounge with a sofa and arm chair, and a log burner to while away the evenings listening to the crackle of the fire. The bedroom like all the rooms has a wooden beamed ceiling and is comfortable and light.
