The house is a 2-minute walk from the sea, 4 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the historic center, and 10 minutes from Alghero's nightlife area. The space There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, the latter suitable for children. There is a bathroom in the sleeping area, a large living room suitable for dinners and relaxation, and a kitchen. Other things to note The house has two entrances, one from the building and one from the gate that leads to the terrace, the latter very convenient when returning from the sea.
