Air Conditioner at 2 Master bedroom The space The Swaradhya Villa is a newly built, well-designed, fully furnished villa, keeping in mind your comfort. The Villa is in a secured gated complex of multiple independent Villas. Ample natural light and gentle breeze will lull you into calmness during the day and at night. The villa has 2 levels - Ground level, First Level. Ground level: The ground floor has a beautiful private outdoor garden and sitting area for relaxation. This space is the perfect way to spend your evening in Villa. Beautiful lighting, cool breeze, soothing music, wonderful company, and seating for up to 6 guests. You can enjoy sitting around our small yet beautiful garden with a swing at the entrance and partake in a plethora of games. Exclusive parking inside the Villa compound is available which can easily accommodate up to 2 cars. The ground floor consists of a living room with a 43 inch QLED TV and comfortable Sofas, Dining table, Powder washroom, one bedroom with attached washroom. We have inverter which gives power backup up to 10 hours in case of power failures. The kitchenette is equipped with Fridge, Microwave, water purifier, induction plate with basic utensils, tea kettle. Kitchenette is also equipped with crockery & cutlery (plates, spoons, forks, butter knife, serving bowls, microwave proof bowls etc.) We have inverter in case of power failure. We also have games such as: darts, carrom, chess, Jhenga, playing cards, badminton rackets etc. which are readily available. First Level: We have two bedrooms with attached washrooms and Balconies on the First Level. One of room is a master bedroom with a luxurious washroom and another one is a spacious room with an attached washroom. Second Level: The second level opens into the terrace with views of the mountains on one side and highway on the other. Our endeavor has always been to help our guests make cherished memories at the Villa. Some ways we ensure that our guests are looked after: 1. The bathroom is equipped with basic amenities like toothpaste, shampoo, and more. The bedsheets are comfortable, home-like, and the towels are provided in various colors. 2. Exclusive parking allotted for guests at the Villa 3. Housekeeping: A private housekeeping associate will be available for stays more than 2 days 4. All our washrooms are equipped with boiler geysers with a capacity of 20 liters and take about 15 mins to supply warm / hot water. We request our guests to be calm and patient as it is not an Instant geyser. 5. The pricing up to 6 guests remain the same. Above 6 guests, the per person pricing is INR 500 per person plus taxes. The guests are hence requested to select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation on Airbnb. If required, guests above 6 in nos. will be provided with a comfortable floor mattress, fresh linen, quilt, pillow, and fresh towel. The Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
