Private small cozy 1 br/1ba bungalow. This space boasts a taste of Latin American beach, Spanish tile floors and wood furniture. Kitchenette with an induction burner and xl toaster oven (no range) , full size fridge, private patio seating, umbrella, tropical plants. Bathroom with a small shower. Curtained off bedroom with full closet, queen bed. Living room has day bed/couch with twin mattress for 3rd guest. Plz read “other details to note” before booking. The space ***City of Santa Cruz mandated 14% occupancy tax due in cash upon arrival and is not included in the amount you pay Airbnb when booking. Check out the kitchen pictures for cooking appliances (NO RANGE). Please message me if you want to confirm an amenity BEFORE you book. Our bungalow is on the small side but has more than enough room for 2-3 people, and opens up to a nice private patio (please only book if you are ok with that, rather than leaving a negative review about the size). It is set back from the street behind the main house, completely private and fenced. The private patio is attractively decorated with tropical plants and flowers, table, umbrella and chairs. The patio has all day sun but shaded by an umbrella. Small six pack ice chest bag and 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs available for trips to the park or beach. The bedroom is small but has a comfortable queen size bed. The common area has a day bed/twin trundle for the 3rd guest. The bungalow’s bathroom has a SMALL shower, but its big enough to do the job! Living area has TV with basic cable, DVD player, and an HDMI cable. You will need your own accounts for any streaming networks. Snack items are provided, (coffee, tea, fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola-type bars). *** $20/night added for 3rd guest. ***Holiday weekends has a 3 night ***We charge a $65 cleaning fee and we expect our guests to lightly tidy up after themselves before departure, ie. wipe up spills, etc. Guest access You'll have complete privacy with full access to the entire bungalow and it's private fenced patio. The bedroom is small but has a full size closet, and queen bed. The common space has a daybed/twin trundle for a third person ($20/night extra). Access to WiFi, basic cable TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs. Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum stay. ***City of Santa Cruz mandated 14% occupancy tax due in cash upon arrival and is not included in the amount you pay Airbnb when booking (14% beginning Jan 2023). Other things to note ***FYI: We do not have a traditional oven/stove, we chose to have a large countertop convection/airfryer/toaster oven and a countertop induction burner. NO OVEN/RANGE. See photos. ***We are required by law to collect the city of Santa Cruz mandated 14% starting Jan 2023 (you are welcome to confirm this at City of Santa Cruz finance dept or call Airbnb). Airbnb legally cannot collect this tax for the city when you book your stay. There will be instructions for paying the tax in cash upon arrival . ****Extra (third) person add $20/night. ***No pets without pre approval, plz message before booking. One pet allowed, must be under 20lbs, must never be left alone in the bungalow, are not allowed on any furniture, must be completely house broken, and are not allowed to poop or pee on the property. There is a $100 pet fee. ***We charge a $65 cleaning fee and we expect our guests to lightly clean up after themselves before leaving, ie. wipe up spills, etc. Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum stay.
