Spacious, private walk-out basement with a separate private entrance. The basement includes a large living room, dining area, kitchenette, bedroom + ensuite bathroom (includes standing shower and bathtub), walk-in closet, and patio area. Access to WiFi, TV (shows+movies), mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, air fryer, coffee maker, countertop flat burner, & toaster. Located close to highway 416, Manotick Downtown, and Barrhaven Marketplace. The space Please be advised that the house has a separate entrance at the back (Back Door). Your booking ONLY includes the Private Basement Area (which includes the Basement Living Room + Kitchenette + Basement Bedroom + Ensuite Bathroom + Basement Patio Area). This listing is not for the entire house. There is no shared space indoors. There is free parking space in the driveway. Please note that the house contains central heating/AC for the whole house; the basement tends to get colder more quickly than the rest of the house, so we have provided a portable heater in the walk-in closet in addition to the fireplace. Please feel free to use either to warm up the area, and feel free to contact me if you are still feeling cold. Please notify us if one of the two guests would prefer to sleep on a floor mattress rather than share a bed, and we will put it in the walk-in closet for you. Guest access Guests can enter their living space through the back door (a separate private entrance). Check yourself in with the keypad lock. Other things to note > The bed is only for 2 guests. Two additional folding mattresses can be provided upon request. An extra 3rd guest will cost an extra $50 per night. Additional 4th guest will cost an extra $70 per night > Visitors are allowed with special permission but cannot stay overnight without permission and paying the fee for the extra guest(s). >Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the premises (including the patio) >Turn off all the lights whenever you leave the basement >To prevent bugs from getting in, use the sliding screen door if you need to leave the patio door open for an extended period > Make sure outdoor patio light is turned off before you go to sleep > Use the exhaust fan anytime you are cooking > Do not eat or drink in the bedroom > Any stains on the bedsheets, linens, pillow covers & bathroom towels that will not wash off will incur an extra charge >Get our permission if more than one car will be parked in our driveway at anytime during your stay > In order to reduce waste, please use the reusable kitchen towels to clean up any messes in the kitchen >If you're traveling with an infant, let us know if you'd like us to provide a bassinet for your little one. We offer this service for an additional $20 per night, and we'll set it up in the bedroom for your convenience. Just notify us in advance, and we'll take care of the rest. > Please note we are not accepting requests from individuals without prior good recent reviews > On weekdays, we are only able to respond to messages in the evening due to other commitments > Guests booking for 7 nights or more will get free washer and dryer availability > The property must not be used for filming, photography, videography, audio recording, content creation, interviews, or commercial purposes or social media use of any kind, both inside and outside the unit.
