In the summer, lounge on a gorgeous beach at Skylandia (half block away) or Bristlecone. Exclusive area great to walk your dog to beach or Sugar Pine Bakery. There is a house being built next door fyi. Guest access Guests have the studio rental all to themselves. There is an outside BBQ for use. If guests want to access the beach, they can use stairs down to beach. The yard of the main house is not open to guests, nor is the dock which is for several home owners on the lakefront. So, please be advised, that the beach is open for use down the stairs for access but not the dock. Guests can also access Skylandia Park a block away for outside space and use their public dock and sand beach:)
