Enjoy our private room with its own entrance, conveniently located near the University of Wyoming, a movie theater, and a beautiful park. This is a basement dwelling that is not fancy. Street parking is usually available in front of my home, though university activity may sometimes require parking around the corner. The space Welcome to your simple one-bedroom located on the basement level of our home! This space offers comfort and convenience with its own entrance and bathroom. Key Features: Private Space: Enjoy your own entrance and bathroom for added privacy. Dedicated Workspace: A workspace is provided, along with a twin bed next to the bedroom. Kitchen Amenities: The room includes an apartment-size fridge/freezer, microwave, and hot/cold water dispenser. A shared table is available in the common area. Note on Noise: The top level has wooden floors, so you will hear creaking from above. The furnace can also be loud during winter months. TV: Please note that there is no TV available in the unit. Parking & Stays: Parking: Driveway parking is available for an additional $20/night Long-Term Stays: Long-term stays may be considered. If your stay is long-term, we’ll need to do laundry, and I’ll communicate with you to arrange a suitable time.
