If you like peace and quiet, the countryside, and the outdoors, this is the vacation home for you! The space The house is a white stone building in the Lot. It consists of a sleeping area on the left with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, the kitchen in the middle and a large living room, mezzanine (90 m2), with wood-burning stove. The mezzanine serves as a children's playroom for us. You will find a sofa bed that will offer you 2 extra beds if needed. The swimming pool behind the house is at the foot of a hill. You will be completely quiet and not overlooked. Other things to note The house is located on a plateau at the crossroads of 3 departments (46, 47, 82), 8 km from Montcuq (46), 6 km from Montaigu de Quercy (47), and 10 km from Lauzerte (82), which are three very pretty villages, with pleasant markets in summer and winter. Cahors is 35 minutes away.
