Between the gorges of the Ardèche and the Cèze, on the border between the Gard and the Ardèche, we rent our house that can accommodate up to 8 people. This house is located in the heart of the village of Issirac. Enjoy a quiet stay in a beautiful place with friends and family. The village is at altitude and has magnificent views of the valley and Mont Ventoux The space this is our home and we are not professional renters. This means that you are not arriving in the equivalent of a hotel but in a house inhabited with all the charm that this implies. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to cook (olive oil from the region, spices, salt, pepper...). We also offer you very good coffee and tea. We leave in the fridge what does not expire (mustard for example) We try to have a place to live that is as ecological as possible. Thus, we do not mow the lawn in summer, the pool is not chlorinated but with UV and active oxygen, there is no air conditioning and the cleaning products are ecological. We have 2 little girls. We leave their toys and books. Please take care of them. The house is in the middle of a village. It is therefore essential to respect the neighborhood in terms of noise. There is no shop in the village but there are great markets nearby and some very good restaurants. Finally, the house is surrounded by nature and is located in the south. This means that there are mosquitoes in summer but also wasps that come to drink in the pool, especially in times of high heat (they do not attack). Welcome to our little paradise! Guest access On the ground floor is the kitchen and living room as well as a shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms including a double bedroom with private bathroom. The house also has another double bedroom and two bedrooms with single beds (including one bedroom with a bunk bed). A bathroom and toilet are also upstairs. On the ground floor there is a summer kitchen, a cool space overlooking the garden. Outside, several spaces allow you to enjoy the sun, share a meal in the sun or in the shade. Finally, at the bottom you will find the magnificent swimming pool with protected access. The village of Issirac is close to beautiful sites: - Montclus and Aiguèze (most beautiful villages in France) 5 and 15 minutes away - Barjac is 20 minutes away and you will find plenty of shops and a market - At the bottom of the village is the Cèze for swimming in the river - 40 minutes away is Uzès, a beautiful town at the entrance to the Cévennes.
