The perfect place to stay to explore North Wales. Towns of Conwy and Llandudno are easily accessible. Snowdon & Anglesey a 45 min drive away. A loft bedroom with panoramic views to the Conwy river, the castle & the mountains. 2 min walk to Co-op shop & great pub 5 min walk into Deganwy town: shops, cafes, cocktail bar, station, Quay Hotel, beach 15 min walk into the historic Conwy, RSPB nature reserve, Lidl. The space The home is a delightful place to stay, it's light and bright with wooden floors. You walk into a small porch, then into the light, spacious sitting room. It has wooden floors and a log burner you can enjoy on winter nights. 40" smart TV, window seat, occasional chair and two seater sofa make it the perfect place for everyone to relax. There is a small built in oak corner desk too which is ideal if need to do a bit of work. The kitchen is modern, with double oven, electric hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It has a small seating area with built in seating and double doors out onto the garden decking. Again this is a light and bright room. Off the kitchen is a small WC and laundry room with washing machine. First floor has a lovely big family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Views to the hills and sea. Second floor has a fantastic loft conversion with a king bed and two occasional chairs. Sit and admire the panoramic views across the river to the mountains, Conwy castle and snowdonia in the distance - often snow capped. The south facing garden is a real sun trap. It has partial views to the river, with a lovely decked area and a large outdoor table that easily seats 6, parasol, and garden lights so you can sit out and enjoy the evening. It is a private, quiet garden and it is not overlooked. The perfect place to put you feet up after a day out enjoying the highlights of this beautiful area. Guest access You will have use of the whole house Other things to note Parking is on the road side. Neighbours are friendly and very quiet. Please note there is a disabled parking bay close to the house. This is not for our use.
