Flooded with natural light from large skylights, the airy open-plan space features high ceilings, underfloor heating, and a cosy yet spacious feel. Unwind in the home cinema with Netflix, on-demand TV, surround sound, and superfast WiFi. For a calming touch, enjoy the colourful tropical fish in the peaceful aquarium. We simply ask guests to feed them once daily with the pre-portioned food provided. Sleeping up to four guests, the main bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and en-suite with a full bath, wet-room shower, and heated towel rail. In the living room, the sofa converts into a second king-size bed with a deep, comfy mattress and cosy bedding. A separate utility room offers a washing machine, dryer, sink, and an additional loo for convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge, oven, electric hob, and dishwasher, along with all the cookware and crockery you need. The dining table seats six, and there’s also a dedicated desk space ideal for remote work. Step outside to your own idyllic, fully enclosed garden, which is completely private. It's perfect for dogs, with access to beautiful countryside walks across the surrounding farmland. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage and secure garden area outside. Guests also have access to 130 acres of beautiful traditionally hedged grassland, perfect for long walks and picnics under the oak trees. Wildlife spotted recently around the farm includes deer, kingfishers, woodpeckers, goldfinches, owls, and plenty more. The grassland is also used by horse riders so please be aware of galloping horses! Car parking is available for two cars in front of the cottage, directions will be provided when booking. An EV charger is also onsite Dog friendly! Maximum of 2 and a charge of £20 per dog will be added to your booking. Other things to note The cottage is attached to the main farmhouse, also let as an Airbnb. Both have their own private access and private gardens with tall hedges providing privacy. Animals live on site including free roaming chickens, cows, sheep, horses & friendly dog. There is a stable yard next door to the cottage - please do not enter. We recommend having a car! Some areas may appear larger as a camera with a wide angle lens has been used to photograph the property. The cottage comes with a beautiful tropical fish tank so guests are asked to feed the fish once a day. An 7KW EV charger is onsite available for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Cost: 44p per KW. A full charge takes around 7 hours. Please note this is a shared charger with 2 other Airbnb properties so it might not always be available. If this is the case then Daylesford farm shop has EV chargers just a few miles down the road.
