This primary suite, located near major freeways like the 60, 202, and 101, offers quick access to all of Phoenix. The room features a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom. A spacious walk-in closet provides plenty of storage, and a sliding glass door leads to the backyard, filling the space with natural light. Designed for comfort and convenience, this suite includes modern amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space Guests staying in this room will be sharing the rest of the house with other guests. Host does not reside on the property but lives about 10 minutes away and is reachable by phone. This is a spacious house with a full kitchen, dining area, and 2 living rooms. The entire house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen offers spices, cookware, eating ware and utensils, and a full coffee bar. There is a laundry room in the garage that features a washer and dryer as well as complimentary detergent pods. The backyard features outdoor games like chess, jenga, and cornhole as well as a hot tub. Please note it takes 2 days to heat it in the winter so let the host know 2 days prior to arrival if you'd like to use the hot tub. We strive to accommodate every one of our guests and so the thermostat inside the house is set between 73 and 75. However, we do allow guests to adjust the temperature as needed and just ask that changes be made with the consensus of fellow guests. Guest access The front door has a key pad with a personalized code for each guest. The room has a key pad with a code as well. The patio door locks only from inside. During your stay We don't reside on the property. We live 10 minutes away and can be reached by phone or the app. Other things to note The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that goes to the patio. We've focused on trying to make the backyard enjoyable. We offer a fire pit with seating around it, outdoor dining table, outdoor games like cornhole and mega chess, and a hot tub. Please note that in the winter it can take about 2 days to heat up the hot tub so make sure to let the host know if you'd like to use the hot tub 2 days prior to your arrival. We used to do dog rescue and built a fence that divides the backyard. However, there's a gate allowing access into the grassy area which guests have access to as well.
