Enjoy a good night's rest in our cheerful private bedroom. This room features a smart TV and a charging station for your electronics. The door is lockable using an electronic keypad. Share the house with other travelers. The house features a smart projector and a smart tv, complimentary coffee bar, free washing and drying machine, and a pleasant and quiet backyard to relax or play games with fellow guests. Bathroom, which is cleaned 2-3 times/wk is shared with guests from 2 other rooms. The space Guests staying in this room will be sharing the rest of the house with other guests. Hosts do not reside on the property but lives about 10 minutes away and is reachable by phone. This is a spacious house with a full kitchen, dining area, and 2 living rooms. The entire house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen offers spices, cookware, eating ware and utensils, and a full coffee bar. There is a laundry room in the garage that features a washer and dryer as well as complimentary detergent pods. The backyard features outdoor games like chess, jenga, and cornhole as well as a hot tub. Please note it takes 2 days to heat it in the winter so let the host know 2 days prior to arrival if you'd like to use the hot tub. We strive to accommodate every one of our guests and so the thermostat inside the house is set between 73 and 75. However, we do allow guests to adjust the temperature as needed and just ask that changes be made with the consensus of fellow guests. Guest access The bedroom, bathroom and common areas as well as the backyard are accessible. The garage with the the laundry facilities are also accessible but not to be used for parking. During your stay We do not reside on the property but are available and can be reached via phone or through the app. We live about 10 minutes away. Other things to note This room shares a bathroom located down the hall with guests from two other rooms. The bathroom is professionally cleaned every 2 to 3 days. While we do not allow cats on the property, we do welcome dogs. Please disclose your dog when booking, as we may have other dogs on-site. Some dogs may not get along well with others, so we need to ensure compatibility and avoid overlap with dogs that may have behavioral concerns. If you bring your dog, we kindly ask that you keep your pup in the room when you're not present. This is for both your dog's safety and the comfort of other guests, as some may not feel at ease around dogs.
