You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom 2 bath home . Come relax and take a load off in this cozy Pocono home, or take advantage of all the things to do in this amenity filled gated community. On the grounds there are 2 pools (open during summer), tennis courts, basketball courts, a beach and large lake! playgrounds, clubhouse, tennis, picnic area. Deer roaming around, experience nature at its best! Home comfortably sleeps 7 and has 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Bed and 1 bunkbed. sheets and towels are provided. It also has a bright & open living area where you can enjoy watching movies, shows, sports or news. In kitchen you will find all needed appliances- large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave and kettle. You will find various pots and pans, cups, plates bowls and utensils. The Poconos most popular attractions are located within minutes: Camelback ski resort, Jack frost, Big boulder, Tannersville Outlet mall, Wolf lodge indoor water park, Tobyhanna state park, Lake Wallenpaupack, The new Mount Airy Casinos, Pocono Raceway, Gouldsboro State Park, Big Pocono State Park, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. For most needed everyday items there is Dollar General located 12 minutes drive from our house as well as CVS pharmacy if needed. AIRPORT: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport - 50 minutes Other things to note Pool is open for the summer only. Community charges $12/day/person for the pool and beach access. Totally optional. our house has blowup KAYAKS and life vests for your use included in your rental. The boat launch is accessible free of charge and is about 5 mins drive We have a folding dining table that sits up to 8 people and plenty of folding chairs. Echo Alexa available for your assistance and enjoyment. For your security there is an outdoor camera monitoring the house entrance The house was painted in its entirety few weeks ago. The contractor that did the paint job spilled paint on the floor here and there which we couldn't get out with various chemicals and DIY methods. It may not look esthetic but doesn't interfere with house's functions in any way. We are working on replacing the floor. TV is connected to WiFi, feel free to login into your YouTube, Prime, NetFlix, or Disney accounts. We currently don't have TV service like Cable or Dish. There is SAMSUNG a washer and dryer for your use purchased just a few months ago. Like most houses in Poconos, this house does not have AC. We do have plenty of fans to cool the house down if it ever gets too hot. Neighbor gets noisy sometimes, but when being asked turns down the music. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. Check out is before 11:00 a.m. No pets, no smoking inside, no parties have to be 25 or older to rent this house
