NIU Eco Home #1

* NIU eco home is a small apartment in Bang Sue area where you can get away from the typical tourist hustle and bustle in Bangkok. * We have only 1 room for Airbnb. Other rooms are for montnly rent. * The bus stop & 7-11 are in front of the alley (100m) * Tao Poon MRT station is 800 m. * Bang Son MRT station is 800 m. * You can go to city center by BTS & MRT in 30 minutes (pls. see the map picture) * We use sustainable design and eco-friendly amenities as much as possible. The space NIU eco home #1 is a private bedroom (16 sqm.) no balcony on the 4th floor. In this room : - 2 beds (size 90x200 cm) on the floor. - 1 bed (size 90x200 cm) up the stair, height from floor is 2 m. This bed might not be suitable for a person who is taller than 160 cm. - 1 bathroom + water heater shower + shower gel + shampoo - air-condition - towels + hair dryer - refrigerator + filtered water + glass Other facilities: - High Speed internet , approx. 200mbps / 100mbps. We also provide LAN cable if needed. - Semi-automatic washing machine and drying rack are outside the room because no balcony in the room. - Iron (must use with ironing board) is outside the room. The common area on 2nd floor has full kitchen and dining area. This area is quite private for you as we do not allowed monthly tenants to use this area except for refilling drinking water. Our first floor area is quite small, so we use it for waste separation. (We are an environmentally conscious accommodation. We use sustainable design and eco-friendly amenities as much as possible.) Guest access Our whole 2nd floor is common area which is around 60 sqm. which is consist of • full kitchen (+basic ingrediants), refrigerator, dining area, working area, living area + a toilet • Luggage storage room + a toilet • High Speed internet in the 2nd floor is approx. 400mbps / 250mbps. We also provide LAN cable if needed. This area is quite private for you as we do not allowed monthly tenants to use this area except for refilling drinking water. During your stay Guests can send message to us 24 hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Other things to note 1. Check-In time: 14.00-21.00 pm. (can be flexible). Guests can self-check in by the key (Please let us know the approximate time you will check in). 2. Check-Out time: 11.00 pm. (can be flexible with advance notice) 3. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check out at our storage room. 4. No smoking in the room or in the accommodation. (can smoke outside) 5. When arrive, please send photos of your passport, visa and immigration form (T.M.6). We have to notify residence of foreigners to Thai Immigration Bureau within 24 hours. 6. Pets/parties/drugs/gambling are not allowed. 7. If you lost your keys, there will be a charge of 200 baht. 8. Please be careful of damage that may occur to the room, furniture, and other amenities. Guests will be charged for those damages 9. Please keep the room clean and tidy before checking out.
