Lots of natural light. 4 guests are welcome, however 2-3 suggested for utmost comfort. The space This is a first floor apartment. Very high strength wifi, floor AC unit. It is stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, & kitchen supplies including spices, pots & pans, cooking utensils, k-cups, condiments, & more. Desk space, free Netflix, smart TVs. coin laundry available on the first floor for your convenience. We do allow small pets, however please come prepared for your pet as I do not currently stock any pet essentials. Guest satisfaction is so important to me, so if you need anything at all please just let me know! Guest access You have access to every area in the apartment, and any common areas on the premises. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building, with a carport that is first come first serve. There is a front yard, and a shared balcony. Coin laundry available on the first floor. Other things to note This is an ideal location for medical professionals, medical students, families visiting Youngstown State University, & working professionals . We do not allow parties. This is a peaceful and quiet area . During normal business hours, it is not uncommon to have workers finishing up a couple of the apartments still requiring finishing touches.
