Our vacation home is located in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the Kubitzer Bodden. From the bedroom you can look out over the water and enjoy the tranquility and the rustling of the trees. The bike trail on the edge of the estate park leads directly past the vacation home estate. The region is known for its crane migration and resting places with numerous viewing platforms. A new vacation home with fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating awaits you. The space Quietly located vacation home in a rural area between Stralsund and Fischland-Darß-Zingst. A new vacation home with fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating with a living area of 90 m² on 300 m² of garden area awaits you at your sole disposal. The garden is bordered by a cherry laurel hedge and a Frisian wall. Our second vacation home of the same type is located in the immediate vicinity so that vacations together (but still spatially separated :-)) with friends or family are possible. On the north side of the vacation home area there is a landscape conservation area with a small stream. On the west side is the Gutspark. The third house on the left is located on a small paved access road. Parking is free on the premises. The house has two bedrooms, (1 double bed, 2 single beds) a living room with dining table and fireplace, a kitchen and two bathrooms. An infrared sauna is located in the bathroom on the ground floor. Internet access is provided via a 50 Mbit fiber optic cable connection from Telekom. Mobile working is very possible in this context. Televisions are located in both bedrooms (satellite dish). The living room has a smart TV with Magenta TV app. The final cleaning fee is €80 plus €20 for the laundry package. There is a terrace in the garden, the garden furniture and a parasol are in the next room. The house with property already has a lot of sun in the morning hours for a relaxing breakfast. Since the large terrace is around the corner, you also have sun at noon and in the afternoon. Guest access Every guest will receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details of the booking including directions. For the peak season (June - mid-September) it is rented "per week", Saturday is the arrival and departure day, but it always requires personal agreement if other times are desired. Other things to note In the garden there is a barbecue for cozy evenings. The minimum stay is 3 days. In the high season 7 days.
