Our place is close to Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Atlantic Ocean, Veterans Amphitheater (4.6 miles) Amish country farms and stores where they serve lunch. There are u-pick strawberries, peaches, pumpkins... in season. You’ll love our place because of the extra space, coziness and hospitality, as well as the location close to many entertainment venues and recreational sites. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space You will enjoy relaxing in a newly renovated, spacious room over the garage that feels like your own apartment. The loveseat and coffee table (one side may be raised) can be used as a large desk work space. The flat screen TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and blue ray/DVD. Double windows overlook the garden courtyard. A college-size refrigerator is in the room for your convenience. Clean towels are provided. A Keurig with coffee and tea is provided, fresh fruit and sweet breads available upon request. Guest access If the guest needs access to the spacious kitchen or washer and dryer, they are welcome to use them. We have a private flower-filled garden courtyard with table and chairs that is always available to our guests. The convenient half bath is beside the door to their room. This half bath is for the sole use of guest. A full bath with double sink is down the hall for guest only as well. During your stay We love having people in our home and are available to give any help in locating fun events or recommendations for local restaurants. Other things to note Our home is special because it offers access to exciting beach activities, malls, and restaurants, and yet is is in the country within walking distance to farms and small country stores. So whether you like excitement or rest, you will find both at our home.
