The lower entry level has living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with ample counter space, and half bath. The second level includes four bedrooms and two full baths. There is a finished garage with washer/dryer. The house also includes a separate third floor unit available for rent with family room, three bedrooms, and two baths which sleeps six with private access which can be combined with this unit for larger groups. The whole house sleeps a maximum of 16 people. No exceptions. There is no shared space and no one will be above you in this unit unless you rent the 3rd floor unit. Please contact us regarding pricing on renting both units which is a total of 3,600 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bath with 10 beds. We do ask you keep the noise down after 10 pm. Most of the neighbors live there full time and work during the week.
