The space The Cowstall has been completely refurbished to a high standard. The main living area consists of a newly fitted kitchen with appliances (including dish washer and washing machine). Adjoining the kitchen is a large dining area which links to the main reception area where a smart TV provides the opportunity to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. accounts. A full freeview service is available.There is ample comfortable seating for lazy afternoons in front of a movie or for a glass of wine after supper. The master bedroom opens directly onto the garden and has an ensuite bathroom with both a large walk-in shower and bath. This bedroom can also be set-up as two single beds if required. The second bedroom has the added attraction of a wood-burner effect fire. Both bedrooms are large and peaceful with new beds and high quality linen. The second bathroom has a shower and heated towel rail. Luxury bath towels and robes are provided for both bathrooms. The property also offers a small gym which guests are welcome to use. 'Fibre to the premises' delivers excellent broadband speeds, also provided is a built-in Sonos sound system in the reception area and gym, games and books. Outside, the garden has a terrace with table, chairs and garden umbrella. The terrace is surrounded by a large lawn and beautiful planting. A tennis court is available by request. Guest access The 'Cowstall' has its own driveway, entrance and parking area. Once parked, access to the property is via a short walk through the garden with the path and parking area well-lit by automatic lighting. A key safe ensures easy entry at any time with this area also well-lit. Other things to note The Cowstall is within walking distance of Osip Restaurant which has relocated from Bruton to a former pub in Hardway.
