Please NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY Located 8 minute walk or 0.4 mile from the Metro Gold Line South Pasadena stop for easy access into Pasadena (Rose Bowl or Old Town) or into downtown LA (DTLA). 10 miles drive from Dodger's stadium. Trader Joes is 1 block away. The space There is a lovely quaint backyard to relax in. Depending on the time of year there are fresh grapes on the vine. Other things to note There is a shared driveway and backyard. Sometimes we are away for long periods, and sometimes my kids play on the concrete play area. We are respectful about noise and ask that you are as well. In addition, there is no Wifi or internet connection available in the house, due to poor connection. 0.4 mile away from the house there is a coffee shop near the metro station that has free wifi and good signal--it's name is La Monarca on Mission South Pasadena.
