Bedrooms - This home has room for the entire family with 3 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 8, and 1 full bathroom in the middle. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The other two include large bunk beds with twin size beds on the top and full size beds on the bottom. Living Room - Enjoy a game night with the family or settle down for a movie in the open and cozy living room complete with a TV (with digital antenna), gas fireplace, and board games. Kitchen - You will have access to a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the dishes and utensils you will need. Laundry - A washer and dryer is also included. Outside - Relax by the pond, catch and release fish, grill out or enjoy a camp fire and a game of cornhole in a private spacious 3-acre yard. Private Pond: Bring fishing poles and bait (barbless hooks only)! We ask our guests to please catch and release all fish and do not swim in the pond. The pond is stocked with catfish, bass and bluegill. Mendota Trail: Bring your bike or walking shoes and enjoy the Mendota Trail which is 5 minutes away! Grill: Feel free to grill out on the back porch with a patio table and grill available at all times. Fire Pit - Bring your favorite camp fire food! Skewers and fire wood are included. Inside includes air conditioning, heat and gas fireplace. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, yard and pond with a private driveway. Other things to note This cozy cottage is in the heart of nature. It is 5 minutes from the Mendota Trail, a 12.5 mile hiking and biking route which runs from Mendota to Bristol, Virginia. Visit the Carter Fold approximately 15 minutes away. The Birthplace of Country Music Museum and Bristol Motor Speedway in downtown Bristol. You are also 15 miles from Hard Rock Bristol Casino.
