2 first floor casitas, each with private terraces and bathrooms, share a kitchen. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located yet very private place. We are just 3 blocks to the beach. Each of the 2 Casitas has a queen bed with AC, private bathroom, private terrace. You can also use the grill kitchen, palapa dining room and the pool which are shared spaces with Casita Nico and El Nido. The pool is heated December thru March. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The space We designed our home with colonial Mexico in mind. Everything from the rounded corners, the lighted nichos, the traditional art and the textiles were purposely chosen for each individual space. *4 of the 5 bedrooms have AC, the 3rd floor does not. Please remember that smoking is not allowed on the property. Guest access You will be occupying the 2 first floor casitas and the kitchen that those 2 share. The pool, palapa dining room and grill kitchen are shared spaces with the entire house, max of 10 guests. Guests share the pool and grill kitchen but have their own private spaces as well. The house and grounds are for the use of guests who are staying here only. Please remember that there is not smoking allowed on the grounds. We only allow children when the entire house Casita Cielo Azul Private Oasis Villa is being rented. We have onsite co-hosts who live here and are available to answer any questions you have. Their living quarters are separate from the space you will be staying in. Other things to note San Pancho is a small Mexican pueblo complete with roosters, dogs, cats, iguanas and birds. Sometimes if you are up early enough you will hear a horse being ridden down the street. Musicians play at local establishments as well as stroll throughout the pueblo. Don't miss the San Pancho sunsets!
