As long term residents of this mountain, we have made this space our passion project. A blend of NYC chic meets outdoor oasis. Come ski, golf, chill with us. The space Little about Tagginook 1202! We put so much care into creating a space that we hope you will enjoy. We hope that anyone renting the space will take care of it to ensure it stays great and up to scale for them and anyone else who may come along and stay here. We are always looking for ways to improve the experience so please feel free to let us know if you have an idea that we can consider implementing! Tagginook's name was derived from our 2 dogs Tag and Nanook. Everything we do shows our love for them and creating a great space for others to enjoy! We are located on the mountain within a few minutes of the condo so ensuring things are maintained will be a real priority for us! Pets: You will read that we did not allow for pets even though we are avid dog and animal lovers. There is a reason for that and hope that people will appreciate that we are attempting to provide a place that can be enjoyed by all and making it as hypo-allergetic as one can! Many relatives and friends who may come to visit have expressed a need for a pet free type of accommodation due to allergies. In most places, even if there is extensive cleaning, a highly allergic person could be sensitive to the pet dander. For that reason, we are doing all possible to try to meet those needs. We love our furry friends as much as anyone (probably more) but wanted to try to accommodate this need. Fireplace: we have chosen to eliminate the working fireplace for safety reasons and for that reason, the fireplace is ornamental. You will see we have provided some flameless candles to add to the ambiance. We did this to follow the fire and safety regulatory guidelines. We think you will appreciate that. New condition: In order to provide a great experience, we have had most of the attributes in Tagginook replaced with new. We think you will notice the difference and ask that you help us to be able to continue providing you and others with a higher level of accommodation by taking care of things as if they were your own and as valuable to you as Tagginook is to us! After all, if you have a great place to come back to, you will enjoy it that much more! Other things to note There is no smoking of any sort while staying in Tagginook. This would include smoking or vaping.
