Peaceable Farmhouse

Lovely farmhouse for adults only (sorry No Children), located on a 90 acre cattle ranch. Quiet with plenty of wildlife such as: deer, wild turkey, and geese. You can enjoy the views from 2 decks- one has a gas bbq with Italian lighting, table, and chairs. Enjoy a quiet walk along our creek or fish in our stocked pond. We are only 7 minutes from McAlester and all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife it has to offer, but far enough out of town for peace and quiet. The space 3 beds, 1.5 baths, full kitchen and 2 living areas with TVs (including new smart TVs in each). There are 2 separate bedrooms, one includes an additional sleeping area separated by a privacy curtain. Guest access Guests will have access to walk along the creek and fish our stocked pond if they bring their own tackle and gear. The laundry room is located on the lower level utility room, and is locked. Guests can request access to use the washer and dryer if needed (we provide detergent, if needed) Other things to note We are located in the quiet country with the farmhouse 1/4 mile off of Peaceable Road. If you are looking for peace and quiet along with city amenities, this is the place for you. If you want a great breakfast at The Original Egg it is located 4 minutes away on Peaceable Road. We are 7 minutes from the McAlester Country Club for those who wish to golf. We are 15 minutes away from the McAlester Army Ammunition plant- this place is great to stay if you win the lottery for hunting. We are 10 minutes or less from Walmart, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, McAlisters, Freddy’s, Jersey Mikes, Pop Eyes, Braum’s, Captain John’s (local favorite), Angel’s diner (another local favorite), Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Beals, Ollie’s, Ross, Five Below, APEX movie theater/Airtopia Adventure Park, Pete's Place, Isle of Capri, and Roseanna's Italian food.
