At 44th Parallel we offer you a Home away from Home. We're in Terrace Lakes Resort, minutes from the club house. Our Guest Pass grants you half price at the geothermal pool. In WINTER be sure your car can handle icy roads. The sunny ground-floor suite is cozy and warm. You have a separate entrance, large patio & private wooded backyard back. We have on-sight parking, high-speed WiFi, Roku, two plush bedrooms, a roomy shower & quaint kitchen. The space We are a full-service Airbnb, no need to strips beds or do the dishes, and in winter, there's no need to shovel snow either. We'll take care of you just like an old friend would. The day-light basement stays cool in summer and cozy warm all winter. There is a sunny, spacious floor plan with a living room, kitchen/dining area, and two luxurious bedrooms. For indoor entertainment, we have high-speed Wi-Fi, music system, Roku, and a DVD player with a great selection of films and documentaries. There are also games, books, magazines, playing cards and puzzles, to help you unplug, enjoy the forest and each other. The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and a toaster oven/air fryer. We provide coffee, snacks and homemade treats. Each bedroom has queen size bed, top quality bed linens, and charming décor. There is one bathroom with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Outside we have a BBQ, seating, a garden table and dangling lights, just for fun. The fire pit is only available when forest fire warnings are low. The pool and the golf course are a hop skip and a jump down the hill - about a 10-minute walk, or you can take your car. Pool passes and towels will be waiting for you inside. The pass gives you half-off the price of admission for the whole group, and it’s valid all day. So, once you’ve paid admission you can come and go. Family sledding is open on the hill above the golf course (it’s free) and the bar overlooking the sledding hill and the pool is open on weekends. Lastly, if you have a pet you'd like to bring along, please contact me directly. Guest access Guests have privacy in the entire ground floor apartment and the back yard. The front yard and upper back deck are the property owner's private spaces. However, when we are at home and available, please feel free to chat. Other things to note Kids do not require an extra guest fee, but please inform me of your party's details. Do not arrive with more guests than you included when you booked reservation. If this occurs, you reservation may be cancelled immediately. That said, please feel free to contact me with specific requests. This is is a quiet, peaceful place, and we ask that you respect that. No loud parties, please.
