Outdoor adventurers include cross country skiers, snowmobilers, hunters, and fishermen. Also great for fall foliage viewing. Extreme privacy. 45 minutes to Dartmouth Skiway! If you like noisy neighbors, this might not be the place for you. Abundant wildlife. Yards away from VAST! (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers) trails. Guests will have access to the entire home which includes appliances, full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen televisions + DVD players w/movie collection, WiFi, and outdoor grill. Phone makes emergency and local calls, so guests should enable cell phones to make WiFi calling and texting before booking. Guests can also use the woodstove in the living room with complimentary cord wood. Grounds include flower garden, fire pit, Cookeville brook, two ponds, field and wooded 60 acre lot with trails. Guests can expect complete privacy and will not meet their host. However, the owners will be available via email/cell phone for any questions or concerns. Skip's Place is the second to last house on a secluded town road. There are no houses visible from the property. Skip's Place runs next to the VAST snowmobile trail (route 25 and 25A). This trail includes thousands of miles through the scenic Vermont countryside.
