At the front of the house is a south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the playing field, at the rear is an enclosed garden with storage room. Bathroom with walk-in shower with sunshower, double sink and toilet. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor. This park is car-free. You can park the car at a parking space reserved for you. This parking lot is at the edge of the park. Guest access you have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note Bed linen is not included in the price. The cost for this is €12 per person.
