An accommodation tax for private and work-related overnight stays has been levied by the city of Erfurt since 01.01.2024, which is 5% of the nightly rate. The accommodation tax is additionally to be paid onsite. FROM August 2026! Our wonderful Dust Fairy has recalculated her magic wands and needs to slightly increase the prices. From August 2026, the final cleaning will cost €95. This keeps everything as clean as you know and love from us. Guest access The entire house and property is accessible to the guest.
