This home Is located in the Independence Heights, with a quick 10-minute drive from Houston's most popular attractions! The Galleria, Downtown and also quick access to all major freeways and centrally located. Popular H-E-B Grocery store also Whole Foods on the next street. The kitchen provides cookware, coffee maker & toaster if you would like to cook at the home instead! The space Our home has a private entrance & electronic entry lock for your convenient check-ins! 3 brand new pillow top comfortable beds (Plus a high-quality air mattress available upon request) 3bedroom 2.5 full bathrooms, Roku TV's, Super High-Speed Wifi, large backyard w/patio furniture & most importantly a one of a kind Houston mural wall! (Don't forget to tag us on the Gram! #Htowntakeover) We pride ourselves in stocking our homes with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including high-quality linens, full Kitchen, coffee bar, towels & so much more. Should you need anything else during your stay, please contact us! We are more than happy to accommodate you & ensure you have the perfect H-Town TAKEOVER experience! The space allows for small gatherings but any group size over our limit of 8 must be negotiated or anyone extra will be evicted. We monitor incoming traffic with external security cameras. We also have private driveway parking with a secured automatic gate! We feature a 7 person hot tub in our back yard. Please keep this covered when not in use. No glass allowed in it for any reason! We have the water treated and cleaned every Friday. If we have to drain & refill due to your group we will automatically charge you $250! Check in anytime after 4pm with smart lock key less entry.
