Enclosed garden with manual gates. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine & dishwasher. 1 ensuite, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. All bedrooms have tvs, linen and towels. no washing machine The space Open plan spacious kitchen diner sitting area to accomodate 6 guests with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave and hob. Bifold doors from lounge and 2 bedrooms onto private patio-1 bed king size, 1 double and 2 twin bed. Large flat garden with ample parking shared with sister barn, fully enclosed with manual gates, beautiful views across fields, rural location but within walking distance of 2 pubs. Linen and towels only supplied Guest access Whole property and shared large garden with sister barn (if occupied), ample parking on plot shared between both barns, each barn has its own private patio. Access code and location to key cabinet given before arrival. Although the parking and gardens are not formally separated, it is fairly clear bu t see photos for 100% clarity Other things to note Guests must have another permanent residence-these are holiday lets only. Strictly no smoking. Site has 2 properties so garden and ample parking is for both but each has a private patio with garden area. Single story barns set outside of village so peaceful setting, suitable for wheel chairs. Self catering so no condiments etc supplied however a small amount of coffee pods for tassimo machine, tea bags, sugar and milk sachets provided plus 2 dishwasher tablets, a small amount of washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls-no shower gel or shampoo provided.
