The apartment is perfect for a longer stay, a weekend trip or for working from home. It will be completely new and furnished to a high quality in April 2022. The attention to detail gives you an all-round feel-good atmosphere to relax in. Thanks to the central location near the lake with a authumn view, you can quickly reach all sights, shops and means of transport. The space The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for daily life. From a hairdryer, a washing machine and bed linen to a toaster and coffee machine, everything is available. You can freely use all devices in the apartment. You also have free WiFi (high-speed). You can also expect a freshly made bed and beautiful, colorful flowers on the tables. The balcony with a view of the garden is a great place to relax in the afternoon. In the immediate vicinity you have quick and easy access to all important shops for your daily needs, public transport and Schwerin's sights. There are numerous bike rentals nearby so you can explore the area by e-bike and bicycle. There is also a protected space in the inner courtyard for your bike. Due to the proximity to the lake, you can quickly reach Lake Schwerin, Pfaffenteich and Ziegelsee. There are many boat rentals there and also options to rent a SUP or houseboat. You will have a lovely time here. I'm looking forward to your visit. Guest access You have free use of the entire apartment. You enter the apartment via the hallway. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a great view. You will receive your own key to the apartment. Other things to note Arrangements for check-in are always made individually and easily via Airbnb chat message. Please ask when you would like to check in. If I cannot be there in person, I will leave the keys in a key safe for self-check-in. You will receive the instructions from me after your booking. There are enough bed linen and towels for you. Parking is available in the “Contipark Am Schloss” and “Schlossparkcenter” car parks. Parking for several days is also possible there.
