Upstairs, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom of 17.25 m² (Carrez law). The whole is fully furnished with a table, chairs, a low cabinet, a TV cabinet, a TV, and bedding. Other things to note We would like to remind you that these rules were established as a result of inappropriate behavior by some guests. They are essential to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. Please read and respect them to ensure the smooth running of your stay. 1. Pet Policy and Applicable Fees. No pets allowed in our accommodation. Only assistance or companion dogs are allowed. However, any damage found, including that caused by them, will be invoiced. 2. Accommodation Capacity of the Gîte and Conditions. The vacation rental is designed to accommodate two adults and a maximum of two children. We can accept more than two adults, (up to four) only by prior agreement. It is strictly forbidden to bring an extra bed or to accommodate a fifth person without our permission. 3. Conditions for Accommodating Additional People If you have booked for two people and you show up with an additional person without informing us, we will immediately notify the support service of the booking platform. We reserve the right to refuse any additional undeclared person. If we accept anyway, an additional €11 per person will be applied, and one hour will be required to prepare the gîte accordingly. You will not be able to take possession of the premises until the end of this period. We live near the gîte. Any concealed behavior will be immediately sanctioned. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, we will contact the platform's security assistance service and request the strongest possible measure. 4. Rules Relating to Visitors and Use of the Spa It is strictly forbidden to receive friends or any other visitor without informing us and obtaining our prior consent. In addition, please note that the hot tub is not designed to accommodate multiple adults at once. Any breach of this rule will be treated with the utmost rigor.
