Welcome to Perchwood, our luxury riverfront Georgian home in the heart of Tuckenhay. Sleeping up to 8 guests and everything you need for a perfect Devon getaway. Perchwood has brought our family such joy, and when you stay, you will get the same experience. The space You will have access to the whole home, with free parking and can sleep up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has incredible views down the river and a balcony to enjoy your morning cuppa. All our beds have mattresses that you melt into and blackout blinds, so it's guaranteed you will sleep well listening to the river flowing by. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and sitting area to entertain and chill out in. With fully opening doors onto the river, you can watch the river wildlife go by. If you are lucky enough, you will spot our local kingfisher. The house comes with lots to keep you entertained, such as a games corner on the top floor, a small library in the master bedroom and speedy wifi for when you need it. Perchwood has two gardens to enjoy, and the main one at the front of the property has direct access to the river. So for all you wild swimmers, paddleboarders and kayak lovers, the river is only a step away. Guest access You have access to the whole home, including private parking and an enclosed garden. Other things to note If you can drag yourself away from Perchwoods comforts, there are lots to do on your doorstep. We have 3 'proper' pubs, all within walking distance. And when it's time to stretch your legs with your furry friends, there are plenty of walks around the house.
