I have recently moved back to Nashville from LA and have been LOVING living in West Nashville! The Yellow Door is perfect for you if you want to experience Nashville like a true local, away from the chaos of downtown but still be within a 15 min driving range from pretty much any neighborhood in the city. The space PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. Booking this house is agreeing to all house rules. The Yellow Door is a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home in the Charlotte Park neighborhood of West Nashville. 20 min from BNA. 15 min from downtown. (Without taking consideration downtown traffic once you are IN downtown. Navigating traffic through downtown can greatly very by time of day and events happening.) 15 min from East Nashville. 15 min from music row. 5 min from Target/ West Nashville Shopping Plaza House Rules: -No unregistered guests -No parties or events -No changing of locks -No illegal substances -No smoking inside house -Guest will pay for damages above normal wear & tear -No food in the bedrooms -Respect quiet hours (after dark) ~This is a residential neighborhood. -No pets (*May make exceptions for an additional fee) -HAVE FUN in Nashville! Here are some of my favorite West Side hangs: - L & L Market - warehouse with coffee, shopping, food - 8th and Roast Coffee - Frothy Monkey (“The Nations” location) - coffee, food anytime of day - Coco’s Italian Market - Turnip Truck- healthy grocery/ great salad bar - Big Bad Breakfast- brunch - Hattie B’s - Hot Chicken - M. L. Rose- Burgers - Punk Wok - Sushi/ asian fusion -McCabe park with 3 mile walking trail/ golf course -Taqueria Del Sol - Radish (salads/ bowls) -The Bearded Iris- great patio Guest access Guest have full access to the full house/ fenced in back yard but PLEASE be respectful of outdoor noise as this is a residential neighborhood, NOT the downtown all night party scene. Other things to note - Guests will receive a code for keyless entry right before arrival.
