Spacious detached house in Kristiansand for the family vacation

Spacious house and garden in Kristiansand, short distance to the beach (10 min walk), Kristiansand Zoo (10 min by car), Kristiansand city center (10 min by car or 20 min by bus). The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Kristiansand. This makes it optimal for those of you who are going to the zoo, see Captain Sabeltann or have a beach holiday in Sørlandet. The house is suitable for two families. There is sun on the plot from morning to evening. In the garden there is garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for hot summer days. The space Kristiansand is the largest city in Southern Norway, and it is not without reason that it is a popular holiday destination for all ages. The zoo attracts many families with children, but life in Kristiansand in the summer is bustling and inclusive. There are several good hiking areas, beaches, ice cream parlors and restaurants both in and outside the city center. Among many good gems we can recommend the hiking areas in Tveit (20 min by car), the world's largest ice rink on Tømmerstø Brygge (10 min by car) and Bragdøya (20 min by car and 20 min by boat) which is accessible by ferry in the summer. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, except for a couple of storage rooms we lock. You can use the fridge, freezer and the rooms shown. In the garden we have barbecue and outdoor furniture that are at your disposal. There are also some toys and activities for the garden. There is room for one car in the carport and up to five cars on the plot otherwise. Just make sure not to block the sidewalk. We have a dog, and therefore allow pets. For dogs we have some toys inside and outside, a running line of about 15 meters in the garden behind the house. The porch in front of the house is fenced in, and is suitable for hot dogs on a late summer evening. Other things to note The house is equipped with external sun protection on the most exposed rooms (living room and bedroom on the main floor). Electric car chargers are installed in the carport, which can be used by appointment. We also have an electric car, VW e-golf 2019 model, which it is possible to rent in addition if desired.
