When you book, you'll have the entire property just for your group, with total privacy. Enjoy our heated pool, up to 7 double rooms and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (depending on the number of paying guests), distributed in three cozy buildings. You can prepare your meals on the wood-burning stove, warm up around the fire-pit, explore trails in the woods, and discover a stream just steps from the rooms. Newly inaugurated, we have a chapel that holds 40 people seated, it is not part of the common reserve but can be rented for an extra fee. Important: we can receive up to 18 people, including children. To ensure a more attractive value, we calculate the value per person, which will dictate the number of rooms available, please inform the exact number of guests at the time of the simulation. Our structure includes: heated pool, barbecue, trails, soccer field, sand court, bicycles, board games, and much more. Complete kitchen: wood and gas stove, barbecue, microwave, air-fryer, and all necessary utensils. Room comforts: bedding, blankets, fans, hygiene kit, air conditioning in 5 rooms, and towels. To ensure attractive prices for group bookings and smaller bookings, we chose to set a price per person. Important: - Check-In: from 4pm - Check-Out: until 12 am - Every 2 paying people are entitled to a room. Weeks are allowed with prior notice, with a fee of R$60 per person/day (without overnight) - maximum of 6 visitors per booking. Other things to note ⚬ Towel, Bed Linen, Kitchen Accessories such as Pots, Dishes, Cutlery, Glasses and utensils will be at your disposal We do⚬ not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect you to be careful when returning our space and we expect the dishes to be clean. ⚬ Because we are in a rural area, cellular signal is quite limited, as is 3G/4G/5G ⚬ Wide WIFI network available - Because we are in the countryside, internet instability can occur.
