Other things to note The spillover spa is attached to the pool. It is not a typical hot tub. Both the spa and pool can be heated by a solar heater on the roof on sunny days. If additional heat is required we recommend you book prior to your stay. The electric heater can be turned on by management for $35/day. If pool heat is not booked in advance, the management company will charge a call out fee. If it is NOT required for your entire stay, an additional call out fee may apply. Pool is maintained by management weekly generally in the mornings. Timing may vary, they will access the pool enclosure automatically. Pet fee is $245 per stay. This is a smoke free house. There is no smoking inside the home or in the garage. This means cigarettes/marijuana. If there is an odor or butts are found you will be subjected to $250 fee. Baby bassinet, high chairs, booster chair, toddler jumper, baby/toddler bouncy chair, toddler walking trainer, pack and play. The AC unit is set to 72 degrees. The unit cannot go lower as it will freeze. Normal interior temperature in Florida ranges from 72-76 degrees, so this is on the lower end.
