380 Ranch Living

Ranch living at its BEST. We are a 50+ acre farm, complete with zebu cows, goats, chickens, and 2 pigs(our animals free range) stables and pasture area. Our 3 bed/2bath loft home is Texas style home in a country setting, just outside of Dallas. You'll love lounging under the shade trees. And after a long day, the hot tub is perfect to release all of your worries. Rocking chairs line our front porch, and our back porch is covered with a gas grill for your outside entertainment. NO PETS. The space The property is conveniently located, right off of the farm road & minutes away from a quaint downtown area. Close enough to enjoy the city, but quiet enough to love the peace & tranquility that the country has to offer. Since we do have stables & several large pastures, we do welcome you to bring your horses with you. We offer day use in the newly redone arena, & boarding. Additionally, we offer an overnight stay if you are just passing through & looking for a stall & pasture for your horse or other livestock. No pets are allowed The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you need for cooking & serving meals. Guest access Guest has access to entire home, as well as covered patios, hot tub & front & back yard. Other things to note Absolutely NO PETS allowed. There will not be any exceptions. We do not offer horseback riding at this time. Please inquire if you intend to host a small gathering, we must be notified and a fee is required and it must be approved, if doable we will allow them for a fee. They must end by dusk, have no more than 25 people, and must be contained to the front & back yards of the house. Must have no more than 7 cars. Party must remain outside.
