Our space has been renovated and is located in a beautiful building that is over 200 years old. The name "Soar" is the combination of the words Sun and Air, which make up most of the apartment. Our house is SHARED. There are 6 rooms, 1 of which is ours, 1 of our cousin's, and 4 for Airbnb. We have our own bathrooms, so you will only share with 3 people one bathroom AND one toilet, which are usually unoccupied. - We do not accept babies/children - Next to the Gulbenkian Foundation with its wonderful landscaped gardens, in front of the municipal market 31 de janeiro, Atrium Saldanha (shopping) and the famous Modern Art Center and classical music concerts. Check-in is done from 3pm with the possibility of anticipating if available, everything is a matter of conversation and check-out is done at 10am with the possibility of extending it until 10:30am at the latest. Everything here has been carefully organized with much love and care for you to have the best possible stay. Guest access In the private bedroom of the shared house you have an airy environment with a large bed, space for reading, working, and air conditioning. In addition to your private environment, you have access to a large and sunny living room, a dining room, and an incredible view. In the kitchen you will find everything necessary for cooking your meals. There is space in the refrigerator and cupboards if needed, and feel free to cook whenever you want. All household utensils are available, such as blender, mixer, kettle, toaster... All windows contain double glass for better sound insulation and thermal cutting. Loud music, loud conversations, and disturbing sounds are not allowed after 11pm or before 9am. We also count on the fantastic bakeries, pastry shops, and beautiful cafes that are just around the corner and in the nearby, as well as large supermarkets and pharmacies. There is high-speed wi-fi throughout the apartment. You can also find a self-service laundromat walking 2 minutes away. We are on the 7th floor with two elevators.
