Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home is located right next to our home. You will share a driveway with us. The street we are located on is a dead-end road with a beautiful walking trail at the end of the road that follows the coastline. *Please note that we are currently in a remodeling phase of the home with some unfinished touches. The space 2-story guest house includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 1st floor includes a full kitchen, living room, wood stove, washer, dryer, and a half bathroom. There is also a pull-down murphy bed (double) in the living room area. 2nd floor includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and two twin beds. Both bedrooms have large closets and a dresser. There is a small yard along two sides of the unit. The yard is partially fenced in. Guest access Guesthouse and side yard around the guest house. There are great walking trails with amazing views at the end of the road.
