The space 'L'Arco Grand Apartment' is set within the original foundation of the Villa and showcases a carefully restored interior arched stone wall, breathtaking views of medieval castles, cypress-lined roads, olive groves, vineyards, and the elegant alfresco dining & pool area. Boasting incredibly high wooden-beamed ceilings and large windows throughout. The space is complete with a modern minimalist kitchen, bathroom + rain shower, dining and living room, and a spacious queen-sized bedroom plus large walk-in closet. The breathtaking 6x12 metre pool overlooks neighbouring vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see and is truly the most perfect setting to enjoy a glass of vino after a full day of exploring this marvellous region. The property consists of 5 luxurious apartments, yet hosts a maximum of 6-8 guests at a time in high season. The pool and outdoor areas are shared with other guests, however all spaces (indoor+outdoor) have been designed with your utmost privacy in mind. Staying at our Luxurious Estate isn't just a place to lay your head. It's a dreamy Italian experience you'll never forget. You won't find anything more authentic than Paola's Bar! Our nearest town with all essential services is Spina (7min drive), which boasts gorgeous castle walls that you can walk through. In Spina you'll find a small grocery store, fantastic butcher shop (La Carneria), bar, bakery, atm, pharmacy, and florist. The owners are on-site to assist with anything you may need. Guest access Guests may access their luxuriously private apartment and free parking at any time of day as well as the Estate's olive groves, gardens, outdoor dining & indulgent pool area. The outdoor spaces are shared with a maximum of 4-6 other guests during high season (April-October). All spaces have been thoughtfully designed by the current owners with your utmost peace and privacy in mind. Come experience the most authentic Italian Dream.
