Charming and authentic cottage

Nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this charming brick cottage, adjoining the half-timbered house, will win you over with its tasteful decor and fine materials. In a quiet location, not far from the hustle and bustle of the coast (35 minutes away), you will feel at home here, with all the comfort and authenticity you are looking for. The outdoor area, terrace and garden around the cottage are private. Ideal for 4 people. On-site parking, EV charger available on request. In the village: a bakery, a bar/general store. The space It is a detached house with private access that passes in front of the main house, but don't worry, we don't get in each other's way because we have our own access at the back. The garden and terrace are adjacent. Depending on the number of guests, we offer two bedrooms: - one upstairs with two beds (160 and 90) + powder room - One, on the ground floor, with a 140 cm bed + baby bed and new bedding upon request, as well as baby equipment with bathtub/highchair/changing mat/dishes. - A sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1 or 2 additional people. Linens and towels are provided. You have a kitchen with all the necessary supplies (tea, coffee and jams provided, as well as a bottle of cider or apple juice!). The coffee maker is a French press. Guest access The La Colonge cottage is located at the end of the big house, there will always be someone to welcome you and get you settled in. If we are absent, we will give you instructions for entering the Gîte. Other things to note We can pick you up at Lisieux train station and take you back there for a small additional fee. In the private parking lot, a 7 kW electric charging station will allow you to charge your vehicle for free the first time upon your arrival. If you need to charge it again, you will be charged at the current rate.
