Set up to provide the comforts of home, we cater primarily to business travelers and people relocating to the area, or those assigned on work contracts. With EZ access to both I-5 and 225, we are conveniently located. The space One of several condos I run in the same complex, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Denver Tech Center area. The location is very desirable and is only a few minutes from the RTD (light rail) service to downtown. The complex is quiet, with plenty of parking, a pool (seasonal), bbq, spacious patio area, club house area and small gym. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and desk. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace, and adjoins the kitchen and eating area. A fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and an washer and dryer in the unit, make this a perfect vacation rental/short term accommodation. Guest access The condo is all yours!
