The decor in all rooms is modern and bright, with a beach-chic vibe. Living Room 4-seater sofa, armchair, and two wicker window seats. Large 42 inch Smart TV. This room gets beautiful evening light, and is perfect for a glass of wine. Kitchen Large kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, electric oven tall fridge, and separate freezer. Toaster, kettle, blender, etc - everything you need to make delicious meals :) Small breakfast table, with bright morning light - leads out onto the back deck, which is lovely for a sunny cuppa Dining Room Separate dining room with a large table and space for 6. We have two kids chairs. There is a reading chair, and also a selection of kids toys and games. This room also opens out onto the wraparound deck and has easy access to the BBQ Downstairs Suite Large bedroom (off the kitchen) with an en-suite (shower + toilet). Double bed, TV, and small reading chair. Huge desk which is perfect if you have to work from home. Pretty aspect overlooking the garden Master Bedroom King size bed, built-in wardrobes, and small reading chair. Lovely evening light and plenty of books to snuggle down with. Bunkbed Room Large bedroom perfect for children. Bunkbeds, with an additional trundle bed underneath. Small sofa and huge kids book collection for bedtime reading. Beautiful countryside and sunrise views. Single Room Smaller room with a single bed, and fun under-the-sea decor. It has a small kids desk area, built in wardrobe, and beautiful double-window with sweeping countryside views. Main Bathroom Electric power shower with excellent water pressure. Large bath and toilet. Bright and airy. Upstairs toilet Additional toilet next to the bathroom Garden Large back garden with a wraparound deck, which has dining for 6 plus a BBQ. The garden is very kid-friendly, with some toys and little picnic table Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Please note that this is our family home. As such lots of care and attention is put in every detail, making it a lovely place to stay. However, it also means that there is the odd family photo and some unique quirks. This is not hotel accommodation. Other things to note If you are looking for clinical, hotel-style accommodation this is not for you. This is a warm family home with character and quirks. Please no stag or hen parties, or groups of young people looking to party. This is a quiet street and a family home. We ask that no more than 4 adults stay - the bunkbed room is best suited to children.
