Welcome to Clearwater! Located just a short distance from a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and grocery stores, we offer convenient access to anything you might need during your stay. Our studio is 4 miles from Clearwater & 5 miles to Indian rocks Beach. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, local parks, museums, cruises, and a variety of nightlife. Enjoy jet skis, bike trails, tennis, parasailing, and pier fishing! The space The studio is located on the front of our home with a separate entrance and keyless entry for Self check in. Parking is available in front of our home during your stay. The studio is 160 square feet and has a Kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig. The bathroom comes stocked with needed amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also have a hairdryer, ironing board and iron available underneath the kitchen sink. The studio has a queen size bed always freshly made with white linens. The studio comes with a tdesk, smart TV, & private router for fast Wi-Fi. Netflix, Disney+ & regular channels are available. We also provide 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay.
